Transfer a domain to us
Moving a domain here adds a year to your registration. Nothing goes offline during the transfer.
What you will need
- Your domain unlocked at its current registrar.
- The authorisation code (sometimes called an EPP code) from that registrar.
- Access to the domain’s administrative email address, to approve the transfer.
Things worth knowing first
- Recently registered or changed? ICANN does not allow a transfer within 60 days of registration, or within 60 days of a change to the registrant contact. That is a registry rule, not ours.
- Your expiry date moves. A transfer adds a full year to whatever time is left, so you do not lose the remainder of your current term.
- Transfers are paid, like a renewal. The price is the transfer price in the table below.
