Partner programme terms

Who can join

Any customer with at least one active domain registered with us can apply from their account, under Partner. We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason. You can hold one partner account.

You stay eligible for as long as you have at least one active domain with us. If none is active, your code stops working and you stop earning until you renew or register one.

Your code

• You get a partner code and a link that applies it. Codes are issued by us and cannot be chosen.
• Someone who uses your code gets ₱20 off each new domain they register, never below our cost for that domain.
• An order can use one code only: a partner code and a promo code cannot be combined.
• You cannot use your own code, directly or through another account.
• A referral counts only if your code is on the order when it is placed. We cannot add it afterwards.

What you earn

• ₱25 for each new domain registered with your code, once the registration has gone through. Renewals, transfers, hosting and other products do not earn commission.
• The amount is the same whatever the number of years registered.
• Some extensions are sold at a very low margin and do not earn commission. Every referral still appears in your account, with the reason when it earned nothing.
• Commission is held for 14 days. If the order is refunded or reversed in that time, the commission is cancelled.

Payouts

Payouts are made on the 15th and the 30th of each month, by GCash or bank transfer, once you have at least ₱250 ready. We will ask for your payout details before your first payout. Where the law requires us to withhold tax on commission, we deduct it and give you the certificate for it.

How you promote us

• Our acceptable use policy applies to how you promote your code, and unsolicited bulk messages are not allowed.
• Do not claim to be Weblab PH, speak for us, or promise prices or terms we do not offer.

Ending or changing the programme

We may suspend or close a partner account that breaks these terms, and cancel commission earned by breaking them. You can leave at any time by contacting support. We may change these terms or the rates by giving notice in your account and by email; changes apply to referrals made after they take effect.
