What is shared hosting?

Your site lives on a server alongside other sites, which is what keeps it affordable — you are paying for a slice of a machine instead of the whole thing. It suits personal sites, small businesses and most shops until they get busy.

Can I host more than one website?

It depends on the plan; each one states how many sites it carries in its feature list above. If you need more later, moving up a plan keeps your data where it is.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, on hosting: cancel within thirty days for a full refund. Domain registrations are the exception and are non-refundable once registered, because the registry charges us the moment a name is taken and does not refund it.

Is email included?

Yes. Every plan includes mailboxes on your own domain, set up and managed from cPanel. The number of accounts is listed on each plan.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, and it is the normal thing to do. Start on the smallest plan that fits and move up when traffic makes you.

Do you take backups?

Keep your own backups — for anything you host, with anyone. Our terms are explicit that we do not accept liability for lost data where you had no backup of your own, and we would rather say so on this page than leave it in the fine print.

What happens if I forget to renew?

The service stays live for seven more days, then suspends with your data intact. Nothing is deleted the day something expires.

Who do I talk to when something breaks?

Us, in the Philippines. Open a ticket from your account and a person answers it — there is no tier-one script to get past first.
